Yoga promotes physical and emotional health by improving strength, flexibility and balance. It helps to reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue, aging, digestive disorders, emotional imbalances, weight issues, physical pain or weakness, and so much more. Yoga is also quickly becoming a complimentary practice for many sports focusing on hand to hand combat, for example boxing and martial arts.

We are located in beautiful Bridgenorth, Ontario, a small community north of Peterborough, overlooking Chemong Lake
874 Ward St (on the main street) Bridgenorth across from the Valu Mart. We boast almost 4000 sq ft of Gym on 2 levels, 2 boxing rings, (one 20' and one 18') 14 heavy bags, and all the necessary equipment to train and build Champions.
We teach Olympic style amateur boxing. Whether you are interested in competition or want to learn just the basics and mechanics of boxing, we can accommodate you.
